Return Policy

Viva Wireless reserves the right to reform our return policy at any time. Any of our customers that are believed to be abusing our generous return policy can be subjected to more firm and stricter policies.

If you are returning items because it is no longer needed or accidentally purchased you must ship the item or multiple items back at your cost within 15 days of the shipping date.

Used products returns are not accepted and will be sent back at a customer's expense or otherwise will be destroyed.

A copy of the invoice must be included with your return.
